Passion of an athlete!

I have had the good fortune to listen to some inspiring speakers over the past week like Ruslan Kogan of Kogan.com and Clive Murphy of Peak Performance Management. One important message I have taken away is that if you want to be successful in business today you need the passion, drive and enthusiasm of a winning athlete.

Something I can relate to whole heartedly!

To aspiring local business owners, I say go for it! Surround yourself with good people, be enthusiastic about your business because it's yours and no-one will give it more energy, love and direction than you!

Had an amazing day Thursday!
Attended the Business Innovation Day held at the Griffith Regional Theatre with my partners in crime. Listened to and met some amazing forward thinking, trend setting, inspirational, Regional people such as Simone from 365 cups, Clive Murphy Empowerment, PDK IT and more.

We have almost completed the second stage of Trade Marking our Logo, Alan & the boys at Bounce Technology are powering through the development of our website, so I am putting it out to all retailers, whether home based, main stream, new, established or a franchise. Today is the day!

We are moving forward!
Today I have taken the first real step to achieving my goal,
I have raised the the funds to progress with our website,
Today I have signed a contract with a web designer,
The first concrete step toward achieving my dream,
Today I surround myself with clever, character rich people for support,
That will lift me higher and help me be the very best version of myself,
That will back me on the days that, that version of me has a momentary lapse,
Today all imaginary barriers have disappeared and we're aiming high.
Today is the day, We're moving forward, Follow our journey.

When starting our campaign to bring foot traffic back to our shops, I had this crazy idea that I would create a unique service to redirect online shoppers back through the use of the internet and build a website:)

The crazy part was that I could build it from nothing with nothing?????

Reality sets in and now I need  $10,000 :( by Friday to pay the first instalment to progress with the website...........

So I put it out there... AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HALLELUJAH, IT'S RAINING MONEY!!!!!
I have found old Share Certificates, rusty old items, machinery parts and its all for sale and going well, like they say one man's trash is another mans treasure.

I have 3 days to raise instalment 1.
